The projected amount of electricity that the Ordering Party intends to purchase during the term of the contract is 5 779 200.00 kWh. The Ordering Party reserves that this amount is indicative and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the specified quantity. The actual amount of electricity purchased will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party during the implementation of the contract. The Ordering Party also provides that the amount of energy purchased may be reduced in relation to the above-mentioned forecast, but not more than 15% of the above-mentioned amount.
