Zam. also allows other forms of documenting the results of inspections, e.g. a memo.Confirmation of the performance of cleaning services in individual rooms in accordance with Tab.nr 1 and Tab.nr 2 will be the handwritten signature of the cleaning person in the TYGONIOWA KARCKA WRACY.The preparation of a model of weekly Work Cards, including the cleaned rooms, and their systematic maintenance is the responsibility of the Contractor. On each Weekly Card, on the last working day for Zam.week in which the service is performed, it confirms the service provided, and in the event of any comments and reservations, it will enter what the note / reservation concerns and thus enter the date set by the Parties for their removal.Zam.has the option of carrying out an additional 1 time a month, i.e. on the last working day of a given month, a comprehensive quality control of the service provided for an individual month in the presence of an authorized employee of the Contractor on the basis of the above-mentioned cards. The scope of the inspection will include an assessment of the state of cleanliness of:floors, skirting boards, furniture, window sills, radiators, pedestals, doors, shelves, sanitary facilities including toilets, washbasins, batteries, wall tiles and other furniture and equipment located in cleaned rooms.The results of the inspection will be included in a separate inspection report or in the last Weekly Card - confirmed by signature by both parties.The inspection report or information from the inspection in the last Weekly Card of the inspected month must include the date of the inspection, for
