… Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 1 to the ToR 3) The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of garments in relation to the numbers of garments set out in Table 3 in Annex 1 to the ToR – Description of the Subject of the Order by no more than 15% and to increase or decrease the number of cabinets in relation to the numbers of cabinets set out in Table 2 in Annex 1 to the ToR – Description of the Subject of the Order by no more than 15%. 4) Clothing withdrawn as a result of demand reduction by the Ordering Party will be withdrawn to the Contractor's warehouse. .
