The Contractor shall submit, together with the tender, a completed Product Identification Form, which forms part of Annex 7 to the ToR. For each item offered, it shall give the particulars required in the columns of the form, including the manufacturer or make, series, model or type (if any), the link or the card or specification number, the identification of the documents and the total net price. In the case of furniture made to size without a model or data sheet, it is indicated by the attached technical drawing and a description of the materials and fittings. The information identifying the product offered constitutes the content of the offer and may not be changed after the deadline for submitting offers. The means of proof in question shall be supplemented in accordance with Article 107 of the Public Procurement Act and may not lead to a change in the product offered or in the content of the offer.
