Branch Białystok, in accordance with its project documentation, is part of the project entitled: ‘Development of a smart electricity grid in the Białystok Branch of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. – II’ co-financed by the European Fund for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 (Priority FEPW.02 Energy and climate, measure FEPW.02.01 Distribution of Energy) under grant agreement No FEPW.02.01-IP.03-0003/24-00.; 5.The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the Public Procurement Procedure if the public funds it intended to use to finance the whole/part of the contract are not awarded to it. The Contracting Authority informs that pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the possibility of cancelling the Proceedings on this basis was provided for in the contract notice.
