This consultation was initiated following the non-renewal of Lot 2 ‘Natural smoke extraction installations’ and Lot 5 ‘Fire doors’ of the Framework Agreement 2025-46EP MAINTENANCE AND MAINTENANCE OF INCENDED SAFETY EQUIPMENT. In accordance with Article L2113-6 of the Public Order Code, a group of orders composed of the City of Epernay, the Epernay Agglomeration Community, Coteaux et Plaine de Champagne, the CCAS d’Epernay and the municipalities of Plivot, Moussy and Vert-Toulon were set up for the award of this framework agreement. … The framework agreement with a maximum is concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1(1), R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issue of order forms. The services are divided into two lots. The duration of the framework agreement, the period for performance of the order forms, and any other element essential for their performance are laid down in the conditions of the special administrative provisions.
