… assessed on all areas. The surface condition shall be described, compared with the previous passage and photographically documented. The assessment is based on the federal requirements of BfN and BLAK (2017) in BfN script 480. For Lots 1 and 2, additional vegetation surveys shall be carried out. In the case of Orthotrichum rogeri, the epiphytic mosses must be taken up on suitable support trees and the country-specific assessment parameters must be observed. For each area, a short report with results, assessment and assessment of the state of the area must be drawn up. It shall be accompanied by photographic documentation, completed registration form and map representation, and, in the case of lots 1 and 2, by the vegetation survey. Spatial data and maps shall be provided; all results must also be entered in Multibase CS in the FFH Monitoring Cloud of the State Office for Environmental Protection of Saxony-Anhalt (LAU). For reasons of species protection, detailed location information is only issued on request for the preparation of quotations. The BfN distribution maps for the 2025 FFH report serve as orientation. The site works for lots 1 and 2 shall be carried out during the growing season 2029. All services, including documents, work results and database entries, must be completed and handed over by 15 November 2029. Lot 3 will be carried out in two sections. By 15 November 2027, 50 per cent of the total performance shall be technically completed and independently verifiable and usable; the remainder must be completed by 15 November 2028. The technically appropriate division of areas and work steps is the responsibility of the contractor. For 2027, an interim report shall be submitted documenting the completed studies, results and evaluations, as well as the nature and proportion of the services provided; a mere processing status is not sufficient. For the areas completed in 2027, all short reports, annexes and spatial data must already be handed over and the database entries must be made. By 2028, all remaining results, documents and entries must be available. 14 working days are available to the client for inspection and acceptance; in the case of lot 3, the same shall apply to the first stage of performance. Acceptance shall be in writing. The price sheet shall be used for the calculation; Prices, time and costs as well as scientific and technical hours must be shown separately. Lots 1 and 2 will be cleared halfway through 2027 and halfway through 2028 after full acceptance and lot 3 after acceptance of the two sections. Payment is made after acceptance and receipt of invoice. As working bases, the client provides digital situational and factual data from the previous mapping, CIR ortho-aerial images (ECW format, ground resolution 20 centimeters), digital topographic maps on a scale of 1:10,000, digital survey sheets, access to Multibase CS and BfN script 480 with the assessment schemes, as of 2017. · The site works for Lot 1 (Jurinea cyanoides) are in the
