… delivery target, currently § 18(1) of the Postal Act (PostG) of 15 July 2024. This means that the delivery of the letters provided must take place on an annual average of at least 95% on the third working day following collection and 99% on the fourth working day following collection. Should the statutory provisions change during the contract period, the delivery target will be adjusted accordingly without the need for further agreements. (Every day that is not Sunday or public holiday applies as a working day.) -Transportation and delivery of letters with large recipient postal codes -Compliance with the standards for quality assurance in accordance with the applicable DIN standards; as regards the status of the tender documents: DIN EN ISO 9001 (or equivalent), analogous to the duration measurement in accordance with DIN EN 13850 (or equivalent) and to environmental management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 (or equivalent). The submission of certificates is not required for this purpose; the tenderer declares that he meets the requirements by submitting his tender.
