What the buyer is looking for
The subject of this procurement procedure is the procurement of IT equipment (computers, laptops and monitors) through operating leasing in accordance with the technical specifications and other required conditions specified in this procurement document. The tenderer is obliged to offer the contracting authority exclusively technologically new and unused equipment. The tenderer is obliged to submit with the tender a specific specification of the leasing repayment plan per month (repayment plan). … be determined by the tenderer as a percentage of the total purchase value offered, net of VAT, for the subject of the procurement according to the technical specification of the subject of the procurement in ANNEX 2 to this Tender documentation. Deadline for the application for operating leasing: 60 months. The application of the tenderer’s general terms and conditions shall be excluded. Tenderers are required to indicate in the Cost statement – ANNEX 3 the purchase prices of the equipment, net of VAT and without reduction of the residual value. The purchase price offered, net of VAT, minus the residual value is the basis for the formation of the operating lease price. During the leasing period, the users bear the costs related to the risks of failure or damage to the equipment only after signing the handover report. The Client will provide the equipment received under the lease at the risk of breakage with an extended warranty (all risk) for the entire duration of the lease.
