… systems, the improvement of the AGRIS IT system (improvement of the Applications Order forms, Contracts and Portal) in accordance with the Project Task and the Costs, and the entire Tender documentation, which indicate the name, quantity, and other conditions necessary for the preparation of the tender. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is given in ANNEX I Project task Since the Client is not the owner of the original software code for the application system, the selected tenderer must provide all legal and technical assumptions (authorisations, training, etc.) for the use of the source code and project documentation and work on the said application system. Owner of source code: H&D info and store Braće Seljana 32, 10 000 Zagreb OIB: 62438519614 The tenderer shall enclose a completed and certified ANNEX IV to the Tenderer's Declaration on the use of source code and design documentation.
