What the buyer is looking for
With this public contract, the Contracting Authority aims to loan an nflow cytometer in which the reagents are supplied for the analysis of lymphocyte subsets, the quantitative counting of progenitor cells, the diagnosis of primary immune deficiencies and the performance of immune monitoring in immune deficiencies, and the performance of immune phenotyping in leukemias and lymphomas both in diagnostics and follow-up. It is important that the device has a CE-IVD marking and can perform multi-color analyses of at least 12 colors simultaneously. The aim is to work according to strictly standardised protocols, both in terms of device set-up and in terms of reagents and panels, in order to offer a maximum guarantee in terms of quality and also to maximize the chance of acquiring an ISO 15189 accreditation. Fast speed in acquisition and analysis is also an important aspect. It must be possible to connect the device to the LIS.
