(The exact hours can be found in ANNEX F: Hours of pre-school and after-school care - TO BE VIEWED & TO BE COMPLETED!) The pre-school and after-school childcare (approximately 180 effective school days) falls within the assignment. Also on pedagogical study days?? (Leave out? Or optional leave?) The current staff that now organises the pre-school and after-school care in the schools should be taken over with at least the maintenance of equivalent working conditions, including fringe benefits, as included in their respective individual employment contracts and the applicable legal regime. (See Annex F: ‘Elaborated salary scales at D and E - ANNEXES TO BE VIEWED AND TO BE COMPLETED!!) The staff of the non-municipal schools should also be taken over with at least the maintenance of equivalent working conditions, including fringe benefits, as included in their respective individual employment contracts. The holiday shelter of the toddlers must be organized from the autumn holidays 2027 on 3 locations. For this purpose, the infrastructure in the primary schools of Zaventem, Sterrebeek and Woluwe-Saint-Steven can be used.
