… construction (PZI) ‘Construction of a sewage network with all the necessary facilities in the area of Planina’ (project No 17/58, February 2025, Detajl infrastruktura d.o.o.), which is an integral part of this procurement documentation. The contracting authority expects the successful tenderer to carry out the subject of the public contract professionally, responsibly and up-to-date, including the daily presence of the works manager, so it included in the model contract individual contractual penalties for certain delays and for the absence of the works manager.
