Logical unit No. 3 – Roller van with double cabin – 1 piece New commercial motor vehicle of category N1 with a double-row cabin for at least 7 persons and a flatbed body with sidewalls, designed to ensure operational, maintenance and transport activities. The vehicle must be powered by a compression-ignition engine with a power of at least 110 kW (150 hp) and a displacement of at least 1 900 cm3, delivered to the seat of the contracting authority, with the relevant documents and documents intended for its proper use. The contracting authority requires the delivery of the goods to a designated place in the city of Poprad and the provision of warranty repairs throughout the warranty period for all three logical units. For LC1 and LC3, the work of service workers and their transport during scheduled service inspections according to the manufacturer's regulations are included in the offer price throughout the warranty period. For LC2, scheduled service inspections, including work, transport, filters and both engine and hydraulic oil, are included in the offer price for 3 years from the protocol takeover or until 1500 Mth after takeover, whichever comes first. This does not limit the LC2 warranty of 5 years or 4,000 Mth after takeover, whichever comes first. Service charges, filters and parts replaced during regular service inspections or due to normal wear and tear are not included in the purchase price for LC1 and LC3. The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer for any loss or damage whether arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or short delivery of the Goods. For LC2, filters and both engine and hydraulic oil are included in the price of planned inspections in the range and period of 3 years or 1500 Mth mentioned above; Warranty repairs remain at the Seller's expense for the entire warranty period. The costs of remedying defects for which the Contractor is responsible under the warranty, including labour, transport, necessary parts and materials, shall be borne by the Contractor. In the tender, the tenderer will submit a technical sheet of the tendered subject of the contract LC 1 / LC 2/ LC 3, by which it will declare the fulfilment of the requirements of the contracting authority for the technical specification and technical parameters of the subject of the contract LC 1 / LC 2 / LC3.
