Delivery time for requested quantities of the medicinal product – up to 3 (three) calendar days after receipt of an application; up to 3 (three) hours after receiving an urgent request, after an explicit mention of urgency by the Client. The request shall be submitted by the contracting authority in writing, sent electronically. 3. Periodicity of applications - once a month, based on forecast estimates, the contracting authority makes a request for the quantities it needs for the following month. Depending on its specific needs for the medicinal product on the basis of the patients received during the month, if necessary, the sponsor makes separate (additional) requests and urgent requests. 4. Acceptance and reporting of deliveries - the date of delivery is considered to be the date on which the goods are received by the contracting authority at the place of performance, according to a handover protocol. 5.
