What the buyer is looking for
The City of Hämeenlinna (in the future also the contracting entity/subscriber) will request your tender for a new library car platform in accordance with the tender specifications. The new library car bodywork will be put out to tender with a separate invitation to tender once the supplier of the library car chassis has been selected. In other words, the contract is divided into two lots, but each lot is put out to tender by means of its own call for tenders. The duration of the contract is an estimate based on a preliminary estimate that the start of the library car would be ordered by the end of 2026 and the delivery time of the platform would be approximately four months. The actual delivery time is stated elsewhere in the tender documents. The contract is both an order and an order confirmation. However, if necessary, in addition to the contract, there may be a separate written order…

… and/or a separate written order confirmation, which are subordinate to the contract. The possible maintenance and repair agreement is described elsewhere in the tender documents. If the process of the successful tenderer requires other documents, they will be negotiated separately. The customer reserves the right to negotiate the details of the platform of the library car with the selected provider. In that case, the total price of the platform may also be negotiated, if necessary, subject to a maximum downward or upward adjustment of 10 %. If the customer does not exercise their right, the platform of the library car must be exactly as required.
