The City of Kotka (contracting entity, client) invites tenders for expert services in indoor air studies in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. The procurement procedure will establish a framework agreement for a period of two (2) years, to which three (3) framework contractors (tenderer, service provider) will be selected. Service providers are selected for the framework agreement in the order of overall economic advantage resulting from the tender comparison. The contracting entity reserves the right to form a framework agreement even if there are fewer than three tenders that meet the suitability requirements.
