… analyses driving data and produces reports to support management and decision-making. The system provides real-time information on the use of vehicles and provides a clear overview that improves occupational safety and makes it possible to make the use of vehicles more efficient. The system replaces the current paper logbooks and the basic vehicle data maintained in Excel spreadsheets. It combines vehicle positioning data with driver identification and enables automatic maintenance of the electronic driving log. The system should support modern interfaces through which data can be received from other systems and transferred to other systems. The system and service package to be procured, as well as the delivery and commissioning project, will be implemented separately for both Customers. A separate Delivery Agreement and Service Agreement shall be concluded between each of the Subscribers and the Supplier. The contract period is fixed-term 60 months and then continues until further notice. This is a joint procurement of two independent subscribers. The execution of the procurement requires that the client has the necessary funds at his disposal. If the offer price of the subject of the procurement exceeds the customer-specific budget, the procurement will not be carried out in these respects.
