The production, delivery and collection for scrapping of old registration plates is to be carried out successively. 3. The Contractor undertakes to provide the plates referred to in point 1.1 in accordance with the requirements laid down: the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251, as amended), in the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure of 8 November 2024 on the registration and marking of vehicles, requirements for registration plates and models of other documents related to vehicle registration (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1709), in the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 2 May 2012 on the conditions of production and method of distribution of registration plates and legalization marks (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1677, as amended), in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 March 2019 on the conditions of production and method of distribution of professional registration plates and legalization marks and the mode of legalization of professional registration plates (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 547 as amended) and standards and technical specifications referred to in the Act of 13 April 2016 on conformity assessment and market surveillance systems (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 568 as amended) confirmed by certificates concerning the compliance of registration plates or materials used in production with technical conditions. 5. If the certificates referred to in point 1.4 expire during the term of the contract, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with copies of the new valid certificates before they expire. 6. In the event of a change in the provisions referred to in point 4 during the term of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to perform and deliver the subject of the contract in accordance with the
