… constituting the basis for calculating the offer price are contained in the procurement documents - i.e. the Specifications of the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions) and in the annexes. The Contracting Authority informs that, in accordance with Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law, it will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender has been awarded the highest score as regards the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. In fulfilling the obligation under Art. 6 of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers, the contracting authority informs that the procedure for internal notifications of information on breaches of law and for follow-up actions has been adopted at the Independent Public Health Care Institution of the Provincial Specialist Hospital No 3 in Rybnik.
