… accordance with the provisions of the Nature Conservation Act of 16 April 2004, 9) removal, pruning of shrubs, 10) removal of tree subversion or scrap, 11) ordering the area on site and within the works carried out, 12) creation and installation of an information board (each time indicated by the contracting authority), 13) the elimination of wild waste dumps, which includes the removal from the designated area of all waste and pollution, in particular hazardous waste, electrical and electronic equipment and their parts, residues from motor vehicles, tyres, green and other waste and their export and management in accordance with the waste hierarchy, 14) the receipt of waste from cleaning works carried out by the Municipal Social Welfare Centre (hereinafter referred to as "MOPS"), together with their transport and transfer to a landfill, 15) the transport of waste to a landfill. The subject-matter of the contract is set out in detail in the following annexes to the ToR, which form an integral part thereof: 1) Draft provisions of the contract (model contract) – Annex 4 to the ToR; 2) Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) – Annex 5 to the ToR.
