The tasks will include the normal management of: - the stock of residential and commercial premises owned by the municipality, transferred to the municipality as management of other people's affairs without a mandate and having an unregulated legal status of the land (Annex 1 to the contract) - the stock of land properties constituting municipal areas (Annex 2 to the contract), - the stock of residential and commercial premises owned by the municipality, located in the buildings of housing communities (Annex 3 to the contract).
