Exercising the right of option will consist in increasing by 80% the number of services included in the description of the subject of the contract in the event of exhaustion of the amount allocated for the performance of the basic contract referred to in § 5 sec. 1 draft contract, subject to § 5 sec. 6 of the draft agreement. 4. The right of option referred to in point. 3 (above) will be performed under the same conditions as the basic order. 5. Unit prices for additional tests, diagnostic consultations under the option right will be identical to the basic order. However, the Ordering Party reserves the right to check the proposed prices on the generally available market for medical services and, in justified cases, to request a reduction in the proposed prices. 6. The Contracting Authority reserves that the part of the contract referred to as the ‘right of option’ is a right and not an obligation of the Contracting Authority. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the 11th Military Economic Branch and institutions included in the list constituting Annex 2 to the draft contract and Annex 5 to the ToR, medical services in the field of occupational medicine and other medical services: 1) performing examinations and issuing judgments as part of occupational medicine for soldiers and military employees; 2) blood grouping with entry in documents; 3) performing tests of motor vehicle drivers, including drivers of privileged vehicles; 4) performing laboratory and radiological tests; 5) performing sanitary-epidemiological tests together with issuing a decision for sanitary-epidemiological purposes in accordance with the Act of 5 December 2008 on the prevention and control of infections and infectious diseases in humans (Journal of Laws 2025.1675, consolidated text); 6) performing consultations of specialist doctors; 7) consultation of the medical examiner; 8) performing medical examinations and issuing a medical certificate of persons having an entry on the list of qualified physical protection employees; 9) conducting dyspanserization as part of preventive examinations of professional soldiers; 10) Execution
