Task carried out under the project: “I am a professional 3.0 – developing vocational training through courses for students and teachers and supporting practical apprenticeships”. Project financed by the European Union implemented under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Programme co-financed by the Just Transition Fund for the Priority: FESL.10.00 - European Funds for Transition for Action: FESL.10. 23 - Vocational education in the just transition of the region 3. The subject of the contract is the supply of photographic lenses for cameras previously purchased as part of the project in question, which are retrofitting of the existing practical apprenticeship studio and a transport suitcase for lenses. The purchase complements the previously acquired equipment, increasing the efficiency of its use. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex 6 to the ToR, which is also a description of the equipment offered. 4. The deadline for completion of the subject-matter of the contract is one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders. The Contracting Authority shall evaluate the tenders on the basis of the time-frame for performance of the contract declared by the Contractor, in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter 19 of the ToR. The Ordering Party requires that the delivery of the subject of the order along with the implementation is carried out within no more than 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Contractor shall select and declare the duration of the contract from among the ranges specified by the Contracting Authority in the Tender Form. 5. The place of delivery of the subject of the contract is the seat of the Edward Abramowski Complex of Technical and General Education Schools No. 3 in Katowice.
