The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of construction, roofing, hydraulic and carpentry materials for SGGW over a period of 12 months. The Ordering Party requires that the materials delivered are brand new, of the first grade, packed in original packaging and have a shelf life of at least 12 months, counted from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters (unless the manufacturer's warranty is longer, then a longer warranty period will apply). … at the expense of the Contractor. The subject of the contract must have the following documentation drawn up in Polish: instruction manual, technical approvals, quality certificates and meet PN, EN standards allowing them to be placed on the market and used in Poland and appropriate approvals for these materials, which the Contractor is obliged to provide to the Ordering Party at any request. The subject of the contract should be equipped with all the elements necessary to start and work with the Ordering Party to achieve the purpose for which the subject of the contract is purchased, without the need to purchase additional elements by the Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to provide, in Annex 2 to the ToR, information enabling the product offered to be unambiguously identified (including the name of the manufacturer, the catalogue number/product name or other data needed to identify it). The place of delivery of the subject of the contract is Warsaw University of Life Sciences, ul. Nowoursynowska 159, 02-776 Warsaw building 30 (DOTiZ warehouse).
