… results in a change in the final remuneration of the Contractor. Failure to perform the entire scope of the contract may not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party. 6. Waste sent for management will be transported by the Contractor at his expense. The Contractor will be obliged to collect waste from the Ordering Party on working days from 7:00 to 12:00, these are the hours of operation of the Municipal Installation in Starów. 7. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of carrying out an on-site visit to the premises of the Municipal Installation in Starów, Sławno, at the written request of the Contractor, in order to obtain any data that may be useful for the preparation of the tender. 8. The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of amending the contract with regard to the quantity of waste covered by the subject-matter of the contract, pursuant to Article 455(1)(b) CTMR. 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Act The estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed under the contract is 2400 Mg. The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order in the range of at least 1000 Mg of waste. Due to the estimated nature of the indicated amount, the actual amount of waste may be reduced or increased in relation to 2400 Mg, depending on the actual amount of waste generated during the period of implementation of the contract. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of increasing the amount of waste by a maximum of 600 Mg in relation to the estimated amount of 2400 Mg, i.e. up to a maximum amount of 3000 Mg. An increase in the amount of waste may occur in the event of a real demand of the Ordering Party for the collection and management of more waste than the estimated amount. The amount of waste will be changed on the same terms and conditions as specified for the basic order in the tender specifications and the draft provisions of the contract, using the unit prices specified in the Contractor's offer.
