What the buyer is looking for

LOT 1 – Technical inspection missions for the interior renovation of Building 5 on the Saint-Charles campus. The project mainly concerns building 5 but will also impact buildings 6, 11 and 12 of the Saint-Charles site (Campus Marseille Centre), located in the hypercentre of the city of Marseille, a few minutes walk from the Saint-Charles TGV station. Between 2022 and 2023, Building 5 underwent a major renovation operation to improve energy performance and user comfort. Work is being carried out to insulate facades and modernise certain technical installations (change of joinery, ITI south facade and ITE elsewhere, double-flow VMC passage of large classrooms and TD). This operation is like a second phase, this time taking place inside the premises, seeking a functional improvement and better alignment of the premises with university activities, as well as an upgrading to standards (GHI…

… standards, fire safety, accessibility). Building 12 being intertwined with Building 5, it is integrated into the project both functionally and technically. The purpose of the operation is to bring together in these two buildings modernised tertiary premises for several amU directorates and central services, general and scientific education premises (standard rooms, TP Sciences rooms, computer rooms, language laboratories), and workspaces for students and teachers. Finally, the operation provides for the creation of a Student House with a cluster of premises for the services of students and student life. This Student House will take place on the ground floor and R+1 of Building 05, and in the Pouillon building (Building 6 at the entrance to the campus). Student life will be boosted by the demolition of the current but ageing cafeteria (Building 11) and the installation of a new cafeteria on the ground floor of Building 5, in the centre of other student living areas. Duration of Lot 1: 48 months from the notification of the contract. LOT 2 – Technical inspection mission for the Saint-Jérôme campus operation. The project concerns three buildings: - TPR (M101-05): The largest experimental building in Aix-Marseille University, the TPR building, built in 1964, is a comb consisting of a distribution bar and five perpendicular wings. Built according to a post-beam structure of six levels, it develops an area of 45,800 m2 SHON, or 40% of the total area of the site. It brings together ten research units, teaching premises (ERP category 2 type R), administrative services and official accommodation. University Library (M101-38): Central equipment for scientific training on an area of 6100 m2, the BU, ERP category 3 type S, is distinguished by a post frame and large glazed facades illuminating an internal volume on two levels, articulated around a mezzanine. It hosts collections, modular workspaces and innovative educational rooms. Two on-call units are located on the ground floor. - Fresnel Building (M101-43): The Fresnel building is a building dedicated to research and does not accommodate any public, built in 1964, takes up the constructive principle of the wings of the TPR: weft post-floor. More compact, it is an autonomous unit hosting research activities on 5100m2. Duration of Lot 2: 60 months from the notification of the contract. For both lots: The description of the services is set out in detail in the CCP. The contract includes a social clause (refer to Article 7.7 of the CCP). This is a fixed-price, tranched contract. The procedure is an open invitation to tender. The estimated value of the contract excluding VAT indicated at EUR 410000 net of VAT corresponds to the estimated value of the two lots: Lot 1: EUR 90 000 excluding lot 2: EUR 320 000 excl. tax · re
