Further services (developing and setting up the hardware, software distribution, updating the operating system and Windows 11 software licensing pre-installed in the bill of performance) are not part of the procurement procedure and are taken over by the IFB itself. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The award of the contract is based on a cascading principle with the top three companies. The runner-up is then commissioned if the first runner-up cannot deliver within a set period of six weeks. And the third-placed person if the second-placed person cannot deliver within a set period of six weeks. The exact procedure is described in the "Framework Agreement" document in the procurement documents. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ All delivered equipment must be brand new and in perfect condition. A warranty of at least 48 months on all delivered products is required. The service also includes extended business customer support for the notebooks (48 months, on-site, the next day by the manufacturer or his representative). The offered devices must be in active manufacturer support over the planned period of use.
