… implementation of these building construction measures creates additional staffing requirements, some of which occur at short notice. In order to cover the additional personnel requirements as required, the existing personnel capacities in the Landesbetrieb Vermögen and Bau Baden-Württemberg are to be supplemented by means of temporary employment. The aim is to provide the offices of the Landesbetrieb Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg with the shortest possible and flexible access to qualified employees of different disciplines and qualifications via suitable personnel service providers if there is a specific need for personnel. For this purpose, a framework contract for the hiring out of employees is to be concluded with several personnel service providers. This framework contract is intended to lay down the conditions for cooperation between the Landesbetrieb Vermögen and Bau Baden-Württemberg and the personnel service provider and thus form the basis for future temporary employment contracts. These include in particular the following profiles: Profile 1 - Project Development Technology / Heat Turnaround State-certified technicians and persons with a university degree, in particular in the areas of technical building equipment, supply technology, energy technology or comparable disciplines, to support the technical project development and preparation of heat turnaround projects. Profile 2 - Project management Heat changeover State-certified technicians and engineers, in particular from the fields of technical building equipment, supply technology, energy technology or comparable disciplines, for the planning, coordination and implementation of heat supply measures. Profile 3 - Client representation / project management in construction Persons with a university degree in particular in architecture, civil engineering, construction operations, project management construction or comparable disciplines for the performance of operational client tasks as well as to support the project management in larger and more complex construction measures. The specific technical and other requirements for the respective personnel profiles result from the document "Requirements Profiles" enclosed with the procurement documents. The contracting authority intends to conclude the framework contract with a maximum of four personnel service providers. The conclusion of the framework contract does not entitle the framework contractors to a certain number of specific contracts, to a certain volume of contracts or to a certain quota of temporary agency work. The conclusion of temporary employment contracts is carried out in the context of individual contracts. The individual contracts will be awarded by the competent office of the Landesbetrieb Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg by means of a renewed call for competition between all framework contract partners in the event of a specific need for personnel.
