What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the contract is the procurement of a laboratory information management system (LIMS), it supports the in-house operation of Munich city drainage (MSE) in the digital management of laboratory processes, samples and analysis data. It serves the careful documentation of the values collected as well as compliance with legal requirements or quality standards. This procurement replaces an existing software solution. … (sale). These must be able to be operated in the infrastructure of the client (on-premises). Optional: In addition, up to 10 additional concurrent user licenses can be provided for a one-time fee in the long term (sale). There is no claim to acceptance of the additional licenses. b) Customizing, Installation, Production, Early Life Support: Customizing, installation, production and early life support services will be carried out in accordance with the client's requirements, as defined in the procurement documents, as follows: • Product adaptations • Provision and development of the SAP interface • Provision and development of the measuring instrument interface • Installation, configuration and integration The technical data from the previous technical procedure will be migrated to the new technical procedure LIMS. d) Training: Training is planned for about four technical admins and two technical admins, as well as for about 50 users, each including coordinated training documents. e) Documentation The documentation includes an admin manual and a manual for users in German. f) Care services: The care services include troubleshooting and the provision of available program stands. It starts after acceptance of the overall system. (g) Other support services: The contractor undertakes to optimise the specialist application LIMS, to expand it to better support the business processes and to adapt it to the changing needs of the client. For this purpose, approximately 120 person-hours per year are planned for the entire duration of the contract. The commissioning is carried out by the client. Until the end of the contract period, the call-up of the person-hours can be exceeded as well as exceeded. The call-up of support services may be omitted in individual years. There is no entitlement to acceptance of this hourly quota.
