Maintenance is carried out within a period of 48 months, with the obligation to produce a quarterly report on the condition and problems in the operation of the lifting columns and with suggestions for improving functionality and eliminating deficiencies in the operation of the device. SUSTAINABILITY SUSTAINABLE FROM: • regular maintenance of the lift-bar system according to the forward maintenance plan • daily monitoring of the operation and reliability of the lift-bar system, elimination of defects and malfunctions and control of the usage method • quality control of the installed materials, products and equipment and quality control proven by prescribed tests and documents, on which appropriate records are kept and reports are prepared for the client; • immediate reporting to the client of any interruption of the system function as well as re-entry into operation, and preparation of reports on the condition and functionality of the system and equipment • administration and records of new and existing users of the lift-bar system
