The planned contents of the building are organized into 3 underground and 3 above-ground floors of a new part of the building, and 5 above-ground newly planned floors of the so-called "Faximila", 6 above-ground floors of the building "Transmissions" and "Silos" and 5 above-ground floors of the "Food Warehouse". The new building of the City Library contains spaces intended for the public, office and book storage spaces, service spaces, and a garage with technical spaces. Spaces intended for the public include, among other things, halls for various events, multimedia and conference halls, the premises of the Department for Children and Youth with Mediatheque, the premises of the Information and Counseling Department for Adults, the premises of the Music Department, and the premises of the Collections of the City Library. The subject of the procurement is equipping the Zagreb City Library and the Paromlin socio-cultural centre - mobile archival racks and special library equipment. For the procurement in question, the cost statement of mobile archival racks, the cost statement of special library equipment and the , Interior Architectural Project No. TD 11/25 of April 2025 were prepared by the company UPI-2M d.o.o., Bleiweisova 17, Zagreb.
