Minimumeisen: Nazicht van de laatste 3 jaarrekeningen. Volgende ratio's zullen onderzocht worden en dienen bij voorkeur de waarde tussen haakjes te bereiken: solvabiliteit (> 20%) en liquiditeit (> 1,2). De aanbestedende overheid zal deze informatie zelf opvragen. Ze hoeft dus niet bij de offerte gevoegd te worden. Bij ondernemingen die geen gezonde financiële situatie hebben waardoor een langdurige samenwerking een probleem kan vormen, kan de inschrijver geweerd worden.
