The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of washing hospital underwear together with the lease of the assortment and the implementation and operation of the UHF RFID system, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to the tender specification). 1) the scope of the contract includes in particular: washing, disinfection and treatment of hospital underwear, collection of dirty underwear and clean delivery, operation of underwear warehouses in the scope of OPZ, lease of assortment and delivery, installation, commissioning and service of the RFID UHF system; 2) the estimated amount of underwear covered by the laundry service is 5 259 kg per month; the locations, frequencies, dates, technical parameters and quantities of the leased assortment are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR.
