The subject of the contract is: 1) collection of municipal waste - ashes created and collected on all properties in the Commune and the City of Odolanów: a) where residents live; b) on which residents do not live, and which properties are covered by the waste management system organized by the municipality as a result of joining it by the owner in accordance with the principles set out in Article 6c sec. 2c of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Dz. Journal of Laws 2025, item 733, as amended) and on which municipal waste is generated; c) transport and management of waste: ash from domestic furnaces that must be transported and managed as part of remuneration to an installation with an appropriate permit for the management of this waste and meeting the requirements set out in applicable law. The contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer the municipal installation to which the contractor will transfer waste for its management. In the event of a change in the municipal installation, which the contractor indicated in the tender during the term of the contract, it is permissible, but it cannot involve a change in remuneration and will not be the basis for formulating any claims of the contractor against the contracting authority - in particular claims for an increase in remuneration.
