… Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council (MDR), to the extent relevant to the device, including the placing on the market and the use, conformity assessment, CE marking, labelling and instructions for use. 4. The contracting authority shall not allow the submission of equivalent tenders. 5. The scope of the contract covers the delivery of the items of the order in the quantities specified in the Price and Tender Forms for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract – for Lots Nos 1 to 44. 6. The subject of the contract within the scope of Parts No. 1 to No. 44 will be carried out in the form of successive deliveries for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 7. In the event that during the term of the contract the subject of the contract is not fully realized in relation to Lots No. 1 to No. 44, the Ordering Party reserves the right to extend the term of the contract. The change of the term of the contract will take place by means of a written annex signed by the Parties. The Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor of its intention to extend the duration of the contract before the expiry of the period for which it was concluded. 8. Deadline for requesting clarification of the content of the ToR: 20 October 2026 · 1. The subject of the order within the scope of the Part will be carried out in the form of successive deliveries for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 5.
