Protection activities will be carried out in accordance with the provisions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of 2 September 2014 on securing the museum's collections against fire, theft and other dangers threatening their destruction or loss. Planned hours of site protection : In 2027, the planned number of hours of facility security - 16,203 hours, of which :  Regional Museum in Piła - 1,719 hours  Museum of Folk Culture in Osiek nad Notecia - Branch of the Regional Museum in Piła - 14,484 In 2028 the planned number of hours of protection of objects - 16,278 hours, of which :  Regional Museum in Piła - 1.722 hours  Museum of Folk Culture in Osiek nad Notecią - Branch of the Regional Museum in Piła - 14.556 hours In terms of carrying out the protection of objects in the Museum of Folk Culture in Osiek nad Notecią, the staff of physical protection staff should be increased so that during the night hours from 19:00 to 07:00 the protection was carried out by two (two ) employees and on weekends and holidays 24/7 security was carried out by two (two ) employees. On working days, security from 07:00 to 19:00 should be provided by one (1 ) employee.
