The subject of the contract is: provision of postal services in domestic and foreign trade, in the scope of receiving, transporting and delivering postal items and parcels and their possible return to the Municipal Office in Starachowice, on the terms set out in generally applicable law, in particular in the Postal Law Act of 23 November 2021 (Journal of Laws 2026.558, consolidated text). A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the ToR. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974, persons performing the indicated activities related to the performance of the contract, i.e. - signing the contract, - operating activities (direct collection and delivery of postal items in connection with the implementation of the contract in question).
