… of the collection and management of municipal waste directly from residential properties, and the second lot consists of the collection and management of waste from the PSZOK point. The contractor may submit a tender for one or both lots. The contracting authority shall not limit the quantity of the part of the contract for which the contract will be awarded to a single contractor. · First part of the contract - Collection and management of municipal waste directly from real estate from property owners residing in the municipality of Wólka, with about 13 829 inhabitants, for a period of 12 months (January 2027 - December 2027), consisting in: - collection and management of municipal waste directly from property owners residing in the municipality of Wólka collected in containers and bags divided into the following fractions: mixed municipal waste (collected in 120L to 1100L containers), paper and cardboard waste (in blue bags), metal waste, plastic waste (in yellow bags), glass waste (in green bags), biodegradable vegetable waste (collected in brown containers only) and Christmas trees, hearth ash (in black bags), bulky waste (collected during travelling collection at least twice a year), waste electrical and electronic equipment (collected together with bulky), used tyres (collected together with bulky tyres); - development and distribution of waste collection frequency schedules in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining order and cleanliness in the Wólka commune; - delivery of bags for separate collection of waste in appropriate colours. The amount of waste planned to be collected directly from the property during the term of the contract (12 months) estimated on the basis of the last 12 months is approximately 2246 Mg of mixed waste and 2390 Mg of segregated waste. · Second part of the contract - Collection and management of municipal waste from the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) located in Świdnik Big First, plot No 1231/1 area 0008 – Świdnik Big (behind the fire station of the TSO, Świdnik Big First 48a, 20-258 Świdnik Big First). The service consists of: - collection and management of municipal waste from the PSZOK point serving all residents of the commune (approximately 13 829 inhabitants), open every Saturday, including fractions of: paper and paperboard, metals and plastics, glass, electro-waste, tyres, bulky waste, construction and demolition waste, waste not eligible for medical waste (syringe needles), batteries and accumulators, expired medicines, paints, adhesives, fluorescent lamps, oils, clothing, textiles; - equipping the point in PSZOK with waste collection containers. The amount of waste planned to be collected from PSZOK during the term of the contract, estimated on the basis of the service provided in the last 12 months, is approximately 559 Mg.
