… of services bindingly granted for this fixed price and the quality features fully published in Annex 2. Invoicing shall be effected upon binding confirmation of provision by the Contractor. With the contractual provision after the initialization phase and acceptance, the 36-month service claim, the offered CU total quota as well as all minimum and offered additional services are bindingly granted. Provision and invoicing must take place by 15.12.2026 at the latest in order to ensure the complete outflow of funds by 31.12.2026 at the latest. It is not a framework agreement with individual retrievals remunerated at a later date and not a cash or cloud credit.
