What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the award is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of new transport vehicles for the University Hospital Münster (UKM) and its subsidiaries. · The award is divided into two lots: - Lot 1: Compact vans - Lot 2: Medium-sized vans A framework agreement will be concluded with a contractor for each lot. The minimum technical requirements for the vehicles and the requirements for the workshop extension are set out in Appendix 01 (Price sheet). The framework agreements will be concluded for a period of 12 months. The framework agreements shall terminate automatically at the end of the contract period without the need for termination. In addition, the framework agreements for each lot will automatically end as soon as the fixed maximum volume has been exhausted. … during the term of the contract. The procurement is carried out as required by individual calls. The estimated quantities of demand per lot are set out in Appendix 01. They are for guidance only and do not constitute an acceptance obligation. The Contractor shall not be entitled to the acceptance of certain quantities of vehicles. The binding maximum quantities or maximum values of the respective framework agreement are set out in the procurement documents under point 5. Individual calls may be made for the entire duration of the Framework Agreement. The date of receipt of the individual call by the Contractor shall be decisive. Individual releases issued within the term of the contract must also be fulfilled in full under the agreed conditions if the delivery takes place only after expiry of the framework agreement. Delivery must take place within the contractually agreed delivery period. An artificial extension of the framework agreement by unreasonably long delivery periods is excluded.
