… the tender is to provide a spatial data service and a WebGIS as a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. This solution is intended to provide up-to-date geospatial and technical data from various sources via standardised OGC services. The WebGIS must provide the thematic geoportals. The data stock in the geodata service (cloud data stock) includes the synchronized secondary data stock, hereinafter referred to as sSDB, as well as technical data of the geoportals. The sSDB must be automatically updated with scripts (FME Flow) with the consolidated secondary database, hereinafter referred to as the kSDB. The kSDB mainly contains measured basic geodata such as buildings, roads, slopes, taxiways, supply and disposal lines and shafts. The technical data are alphanumeric and spatially related geometric data. These are recorded and updated by the specialist departments via WebGIS. The WebGIS serves as a platform for visualization, analysis, reporting and the collection of technical data. From the new WebGIS product, 30 specialist portals are to be published in order to optimally cover various technical requirements. The cloud database must be published via the standard OGC services as well as via the Fraport Central Datahub (CDH) and serves as a data basis for WebGIS. The WebGIS enables the presentation, processing and analysis of technical data on the basis of basic maps and topic-specific layers via geoportals. It provides navigation, search and query functions and features for capturing and/or editing geometries and associated attributes.
