… the estimated quantities used by the Federal Employment Agency or the budget allocated by the Federal Employment Agency. There is no call-off obligation on the part of the BA. The contractual relationship begins with the award of the contract. The service period begins on 01.04.2027 and ends after 48 months, without the need for a notice of termination. General performance requirements: Due to its technical, personnel and logistical requirements, the Contractor must be able to provide the required service. The LED floor lamps are subject to the legal requirements for product safety, in particular the Act on Liability for Defective Products (ProdHaftG). In the field of BA, usually only those (furniture) items are used that are already offered on the market for some time and already have the GS mark "Tested safety", e.g. TÜV / GS certificate" (A criterion). The LED floor lamps offered must therefore have a valid GS mark1 and also the CE certificate / EU conformity over the entire contract period. The relevant standards and guidelines DIN, EN, must be met during the complete performance execution, whereby legal regulations and guidelines must be observed. Bidders from the EU economic area must comply with the respective DIN-compliant EU standard or, if such an EU standard does not yet exist, with a domestic standard comparable to the DIN standard. However, if there is also no DIN corresponding domestic standard, the German DIN requirements apply. All mentioned DIN standards are to be evaluated under this aspect. DIN standards are available from Beuth Verlag GmbH, e-mail: [email protected], Internet: www.beuth.de. Instruction manuals for the respective product must be provided in paper and electronic form (PDF, etc.) for inclusion on the BA intranet in accordance with Chapter 2.6. In addition, BA product data sheets must be submitted with a bid and uploaded (after the bid has been awarded) to the BA catalogue management system. Test position: In order to verify the offer, the most economical tenderer is expected to be asked to test the offered product in the period KW 52/2026 - KW 02/2027. If the test is not successful, the second most economical bidder will be asked to test. This is repeated until the successful test or until no more usable offers are available.
