For this purpose, the bidder shall provide the City of Greven with a system of each type offered in the configuration requested by the City of Greven and the application-oriented software ready for operation for 2 weeks before the planned installation period without undue delay after written request. The bidder undertakes the installation of the systems and software in consultation with the client's IT department and ensures the necessary support for the duration of the test. The systems and software are sampled by the employees of the City of Greven. Compliance with the minimum criteria, the characteristics guaranteed by the tenderer, generic equipment characteristics and, above all, integration into the system environment and processes of the city of Greven will be checked. If the systems meet all the requirements, this tenderer is provided with the most economical tender in accordance with § 58 VgV, paragraph 1 for the contract.
