Phase 2 – Construction of the Marketplace facility and part of the parking lot on the east side of Marketplace 2. Phase 3 – Demolition of existing Marketplace facilities, construction of a public square, traffic parking areas and Intermodal Terminal 3. Phase – construction of the Polyvalent Centre 4 facility. Phase 2 – Construction of an unclassified road with parking areas The phases also foresee the construction of joint installations for the needs of the Marketplace buildings and the polyvalent center.
