All construction works must be carried out taking into account the specificity of the hospital environment and with a view to ensure that these construction works do not interfere in any way with the operation of the hospital and care for patients. The buildings are designed on plots of par. no. 1110/1, 1110/2, 1111/1, 1111/18 and 2843 in the cadastral area of Valašské Meziříčí-město, while the contracting authority has established a right of construction from the town of Valašské Meziříčí to plot of par. no. 1111/18. The detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the preparation of the tender, is set out in the binding draft contract and its annexes – Annex No 1ZD. · The subject of the public contract is (a) the new construction of a single-storey after-care pavilion of the Long-Term Sick Spa (hereinafter referred to as "Pavilon") with a capacity of 15 double rooms on the premises of the hospital in Valašské Meziříčí with preparation for a possible basement in the southern part of the building, (b) related constructions – extension of the existing car park, retaining wall and landscaping, paved areas, new distribution of the area rainwater sewerage and its modification, modification of the area distribution (sewage sewerage connection and relocation of the area water supply), vegetation modifications, removal of the original and implementation of new fencing, implementation of new public and area lighting and removal of the former pumping station (hereinafter referred to as "related buildings"), (c) construction modifications consisting in the connection of the Pavilion with Hall D. All construction works must be carried out taking into account the specificity of the hospital environment and with a view to ensure that these construction works do not interfere in any way with the operation of the hospital and care for patients.
