OP 2: ‘Maintenance and repair services (including the supply of spare parts) of alarm and security equipment (STS), of the administrative building of the Central Office of the NRA, located in Sofia, 52 Knyaz Al. Dondukov Blvd., includes the following activities: -Technical maintenance and repair, including the complete maintenance of the security equipment owned by the Contracting Authority in good working order. It is carried out after a written request of the Assignor, on a case-by-case basis, and includes the performance of all activities ensuring its technical condition for the purpose of reliable, quality and faultless operation, according to the manufacturer's prescriptions and the requirements of the Assignor, namely: - Performing inspection, control and actuation /testing/ of the installed volumetric, acoustic and other sensors; - Emergency and ongoing repair of control panels; - External inspection of the assemblies and installations; - Checking the health of the alarms / sirens, alarm bells and keyboards/; - Checking the operation of the system in buffer mode or emergency power supply; - Performing a full technical inspection; - Moving the security equipment or part of it – if necessary; - Repair of systems – if necessary. Repair actions include the removal of detected faults and accidents found by the Contractor during inspections and servicing or at the request of the Assignor /emergency repair /, including the replacement of defective parts. - The Contractor shall provide all spare parts, materials and consumables necessary for the maintenance and operation of the systems and shall assume a guarantee for the repair works performed and the spare parts used, and during the warranty period he shall perform again at his own expense poor quality work performed, replace poor quality components and remove at his own expense the damages arising as a result of poor quality performance, within not more than 24 hours from their discovery.
