The Supplier delivers goods that meet all the requirements and conditions set out in this contract and the requirements of the current Bulgarian legislation within the delivery period. 4. … conditions and procedure for the incorporation of construction products into the construction works of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as instructions for use in Bulgarian. In addition, when making each delivery, the Supplier is obliged to submit all other applicable documents required in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria. Without providing these documents, the Customer has the right to refuse to accept the goods or to delay or refuse payment to the Supplier until receipt of the above documents. 6. The Client accepts from the Supplier the delivered Goods, meeting the requirements of the Contract, and the parties sign without objection a acceptance and delivery protocol. 7. In the event that at the time of delivery of the Goods discrepancies of the delivered goods with the requirements of the contract are found, the Assignor signs a statement of findings without accepting the goods. 8. The date on which the Supplier replaces the goods not accepted under the previous article with goods that meet the requirements of the contract will be considered the date of delivery of the ordered Goods. In the event that this date is after the delivery time of the ordered goods (as from the date of the order), the Supplier owes a penalty for delay under Art. 1.2 of Section C: Specific conditions. 9. In case of discrepancies found after delivery in delivered goods, the Supplier undertakes to replace them with those that meet the requirements of the contract within 5 (five) working days from the written notification by the Customer. In case of non-compliance with the deadline for replacement of such goods, depending on the delay, the Client shall apply the clauses set out in Section C: Specific conditions.
