… the opportunity to ask questions about the future acquisition. The tender materials were sent to participants in the market dialogue for comments between 13 October and 20 October 2026. This contract provides a design service for existing buildings. However, the client has the option to also purchase design services for new buildings within this framework contract. The client may tender design services as a separate procurement for construction projects with a total value exceeding EUR 350 000 that are treated as large construction projects in the budget of the Joint Municipal Authority for Education (OSAO). Suppliers under this contract may also participate in these invitations to tender. The framework agreement does not include services related to zoning, changes to the zoning plan or other land use planning tasks. The customer acquires these services separately. The framework agreement procures services when the need arises. The framework agreement does not contain an obligation to order goods for the Customer. All estimates given for the purchase quantities of the Service are preliminary estimates and are not binding on the Customer. · Three suppliers will be selected for the sub-area, each with its own service area. Suppliers shall select the service area in accordance with the ranking of the call for tenders. If there are fewer than three (3) admissible tenderers, fewer than three (3) tenderers may be selected. See service description and clause 8 of the contract. Intra-Framework Purchases. · Three suppliers will be selected for the sub-area. If there are fewer than three (3) admissible tenderers, fewer than three (3) tenderers may be selected. The ranking of suppliers shall be determined by the ranking of the call for tenders. Priority shall be given to the first supplier in the order of preference. The contract also includes the possibility to organise a mini-tendering between the suppliers of the sub-area.
