The supplier will confirm the acceptance of the order and the lead time on the day of the order. Delivery on weekdays from 7.00 to 15.00. 10. Fuel that does not meet the quality requirements will not be accepted by the customer. 11. Samples from the contested batch of fuel will be analysed at the Chemical Laboratory of PLL LOT S.A. in Warsaw. 12. If the impurities are large and visible, e.g. visible solid impurities or visible excessive watering, then the batch of fuel will not be accepted and no analysis will be carried out in the laboratory. 13. In the event of confirmation of non-compliance with the quality requirements, the contracting authority will consider a given batch of fuel to be non-delivered. 14. The net unit price of fuel delivered to the place of delivery will be determined each time on the basis of the price list applicable at the supplier on the day of order. 15.
